1. Who we are

Huge AI Inc. is a company based in Austin, Texas that provides AI automation services and software, including our consulting engagements and the Huge AI Autopilot platform. You can reach us any time at hello@hugeai.co.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates the rights of others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services;
• Use the Services to violate the terms or policies of any third-party platform we integrate with (including, but not limited to, X/Twitter, email, and SMS providers); or
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or scrape data in violation of applicable terms.

4. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms and APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. We may suspend integrations at any time, including where required by a third party.

5. Fees & payment

Some Services are offered for a fee. Where fees apply, they will be described at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of applicable taxes. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, text, and designs, are owned by Huge AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to us (“Customer Data”), and you grant us a license to process it solely to provide and improve the Services.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huge AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
